Signal Hunters is a project-based STEM course where students become modern-day explorers—intercepting, decoding, and analyzing real satellite data from space using affordable software-defined radio (SDR) technology. Built around NOAA’s GOES weather satellites, the course connects students to real-time Earth observation in a way that’s never been possible in traditional classrooms.
